All soups are made from scratch using seasonal ingredients. Everyones favorite is out Tom Kha Gai, Cauliflower & Brie, and Chicken Tortilla.

Fall Cobb Salad

By far our most requested menu. A spin on the traditional with roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, fresh apples, bacon, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, green goddess dressing. Served with bread & butter. Avocado can be added.

Butternut Squash & Mushroom Lasagna

Thinly sliced butternut squash layered with sauteed mushrooms, spinach, peppers & onions, tomato sauce, tofu ricotta, Served a green salad and baguette. Add ground turkey.

Taco / Fajita Bar

Choose from Beef Barbacoa, Pork Carnitas, Chicken Chile Verde, Tofu Sofritas with Mexican rice, refreid beans, all the usual toppings of shredded cagbbage, salsa, sour cream, chopped onions & cilantro, cheese. With flour or corn tortillas, tortilla chips and guacamole upon request.

Curry Cauliflower Coconut Stew with Chicken

Cauliflower, kale, celery, mushrooms, and tomatoes cooked with a yellow curry and finished in a light coconut milk broth. Served with rice pilaf with carrots & whole cumin seed. Pita Bread
